General Terms and Conditions for the use of the services of SocialSupport Article 1 Definitions The services are offered by SocialSupport. Customer service can only be contacted in writing at Bakkerstraat 135, 9200 Dendermonde at [email protected] User: The natural or legal person who makes use of the service. Service: Service with which SocialSupport offers the user the service to respond to questions either via SMS (they receive a (personalized) SMS message per message), or via telephone, chat or email.

Article 2 The services 2.1 Description SocialSupport offers its services in 1 form, namely 1:1. We do not use fictitious profiles. The SMS chat, telephone, web chat and email are not subscription forms. 2.2 SocialSupport makes every effort to provide the service as optimally as possible. Nevertheless, it is possible that the content of the service is not correct or current or that the service is not optimally accessible or available. 2.3 SocialSupport is not liable for damage that is the direct or indirect consequence of or is directly or indirectly related to the use of the service. 2.4 SocialSupport is entitled to (temporarily) put the services out of use or to limit their use, without prior notification, if this is necessary in the opinion of SocialSupport. SocialSupport is not liable for any damage caused by (temporary) decommissioning. 2.5 The user must use the service as may be expected from a good/normal user. The user is not allowed to reproduce, copy, sell or use the information obtained through the service for commercial purposes. The user is also not allowed to reproduce or block the use of or access to the service. Article 3 The Agreement 3.1 The agreement between SocialSupport and the user is concluded at the moment that the user has registered in accordance with the appropriate procedure or at the moment that the user actually makes use of the service. 3.2 The user does not have the option to dissolve the agreement within 7 working days (as referred to in article 7:46d BW in conjunction with 7:46i paragraph 5 sub a BW) if the delivery of the SMS service by SocialSupport has already taken place. The user does have the option to terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect by unsubscribing in accordance with the appropriate procedure, which can be found clearly on the website www.SocialSupport.eu. In the case of a one-off SMS service, the agreement expires after delivery of the service. 3. 3 SocialSupport reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect if: - SocialSupport can no longer reasonably be required to maintain the agreement. - the user has not used the service for 3 months. - the user does not fulfill his obligations arising from this agreement. Article 4 Payment 4.1 The user owes the corresponding rate for the use of the agreed form of service. The rates associated with a certain form of service are explained in Article 4.4. SocialSupport has the right to change these rates. 4.2 The user owes the rate at the moment that SocialSupport, in accordance with the agreed form of service, sends the SMS message to the user. If the SMS message sent by SocialSupport does not reach the user, whether or not through the fault of the user, the user will therefore owe the agreed rate. 4.3 The telecom operator is responsible for invoicing the tariff owed by the user. The telecom operator will therefore charge and collect the tariffs owed by the user from the user. In case of any ambiguities or questions with regard to the invoice, the user should therefore contact the relevant telecom operator. 4.4 The rate for the SMS service for the Shortcode 6502 (Belgium) the rate for the SMS service is EUR 2 per sent and EUR 0 per message received by SocialSupport. 4.5. The rate for the telephone service in Belgium is €1.75/minute and for the Netherlands €0.90/min. 4.6 In case of calling, texting, chatting or e-mailing via credits, the user loads credits on his account in advance. The user has the right not to reclaim the charged amount. The user can then use the services as long as he has sufficient credits.

Article 5 Privacy 5.1 In order to use the service, it is necessary that the user registers in accordance with the following procedure, which is clearly stated on the website. 5.2 Data that can be measured or collected through the use of the service will only be processed anonymously and used to optimize the service.
